Our approach
Brain-Based Exercise Using The Three Systems Approach
Your body is about more than muscle. Every movement depends on communication between your brain and body through your nervous system. At Strong Tower Neuro, we consider these systems together rather than treating strength and coordination as unrelated qualities.
The Visual System
Visual information contributes to spatial awareness, coordination, and movement. Brian may use appropriate eye movement and visual exercises within an individualized program.
The Vestibular System
The vestibular system contributes to balance, orientation, and stabilization of the eyes and head. Selected exercises may be incorporated into training.
The Proprioceptive System
Information from muscles, joints, and other tissues contributes to awareness of body position and movement. Training explores coordination through movement and sensory exercises.
